What is The ADCC? A non-profit collective of independent dance competitions and conventions supporting its members through networking, education, access to resources, and camaraderie.
My Impact:
1. Ensured a seamless onboarding experience for new members, addressing their needs to foster long-term loyalty and engagement.
2. Crafted and distributed newsletters to 47+ members, keeping members consistently informed, engaged, and connected with key updates and events.

My Responsibilities:
Membership Administration - Address inquiries and communications with current and prospective members, onboard new members, maintain and update membership data using the MemberClicks database.
Marketing & Communications - execute eblasts and scheduled marketing campaigns via MemberClicks, draft and edit a monthly online newsletter, handle press releases and manage media relations for events and programs, maintain branding consistency across all platforms with strategic messaging.
Website Management - update website content regularly, including membership pages, program details, and resources, collaborate with the website host administrator to address technical issues. These websites are theadcc.org and dancecompconnect.com.
Event Marketing & Administration - support marketing efforts for the Annual Retreat, including outreach to members, partners, and exhibitors. Track registrations, prepare attendee materials, and assist with on-site logistics.
Coordinate Newsletters/Books - collect and proof content, manage reporting and editing, handle printing and distribution with third-party partners, and 
Project Management - manage orders, invoicing, and vendor relations for SOE materials.
Administrative Duties - took minutes during monthly Zoom Board meetings, committee meetings, and biannual in-person retreats, attended the retreats to assist with registration, sessions, and logistical tasks.
